Agency Essentials websites display all your companies listings on your web site, automatically. Your web site is always up-to-date. No more time wasted entering data in multiple places.
Your Agent’s web pages are also automatically up-dated with their listings as they are posted on the MLS (if the Agent does not have listings, Agency listings will appear), They can now be making calls instead of fiddling with their webpage.
Lead Distribution
Any leads generated for an Agent’s webpage, are automatically routed to that Agent’s email. Leads coming from the Agency’s featured listings will be distributed to the Agents directly.
Multiple Listing Service
Shoppers may access and search the entire MLS from your site. Leads and inquires from these searches will go to your Agency.
Measuring Your Websites Effectiveness
Agency Essentials includes comprehensive tools to measure activity on your company website. You can quickly determine how many shoppers viewed your site and/or individual listings.
Managing the User Interface
Our intuitive website management tools give you the freedom to change banners, color schemes and text on your website. You can add photos or text to your listings (beyond or in place of photos and copy automatically uploaded from the MLS).
